RepEMS LLC ("RepEMS," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website at www.repems.com (the "Site"). This policy explains what information the Site collects and what we do with it.

This policy covers the Site only. It does not govern the Principal Intel subscription service or its community feature. If you subscribe to or use Principal Intel, including its community feature, how information you provide is handled is governed by our Terms and Conditions, not by this policy.

Who we are

RepEMS LLC is a Texas limited liability company providing marketing, sales intelligence, and consulting services to manufacturers' representatives, distributors, and manufacturers.

What the Site collects

The contact form. The Site has a contact form that asks for your first name, last name, email address, and a message. You reach us this way only if you choose to — there is no other point on the Site where we collect information from you. We use what you submit to respond to your enquiry and to carry on the conversation you started.

No account, no newsletter signup, no chat widget. There is nothing to register for and nowhere else to submit your information.

Cookies and visitor statistics. Our website host sets cookies that are necessary for the Site to function and to keep it secure, and provides us with aggregate visitor statistics such as page views and referring sites. That reporting is built into the hosting platform. We use it only to understand which pages are useful. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels, we do not build advertising profiles of visitors, and we do not track you across other websites.

Standard server logs. Like nearly all websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information when a page is requested — such as IP address, browser type, and the page requested. These logs exist for security and to keep the Site running. We do not use them to identify visitors.

If you contact us

The Site lists an email address and a phone number in addition to the contact form. If you email or call us, we receive whatever you send or tell us — typically your name, your company, and the substance of your enquiry.

We keep correspondence and contact form submissions for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy and for our ordinary business, recordkeeping, and legal purposes.

Marketing email

If we contact you about RepEMS services, you may tell us to stop at any time by emailing outreach@repems.com, and we will not contact you again. Where we send email in bulk, it includes a way to unsubscribe.

Who we share it with

The parties who touch information collected through the Site are our website host and our email provider, and only to the extent needed to provide those services.

As to information collected through the Site:

• We do not sell it.

• We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

• We do not collect payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, or other government identification numbers through the Site.

Information you provide as a Principal Intel subscriber or community participant is handled under our Terms and Conditions, which describe how that information may be used, retained, and shared.

Your choices

You may email outreach@repems.com to ask us to:

• Tell you what information we hold about you that was collected through the Site

• Correct anything that is inaccurate

• Stop sending you email

• Delete information collected through the Site, where we are not required or permitted to retain it

We will respond within a reasonable period. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or the EU General Data Protection Regulation, and we honour those rights where they apply to us.

Third-party links

The Site may link to websites we do not operate, including manufacturer and industry sites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and this policy does not apply to them.

Children

The Site is intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
