LinkedIn Datamining
RepEMS offers services for LinkedIn data mining, background text expansion scripts for connection requests, and introductory email outreach for all potentially new LinkedIn customer contacts.

Public Information Only

RepEMS only pulls publicly available information on the web. RepEMS does not keep "contact lists". The LinkedIn data is specific to the requester, and is not shared between RepEMS customers.
The LinkedIn profiles are personal accounts, and are updated only when people get hired on or leave a company. Also note that a certain number of people only update their profile when they are looking for a job so their current place of employment may not be up-to-date.
LinkedIn data is a snapshot in time when the data is pulled.

Focusing Your Search

RepEMS will cater the datamining to your specific search criteria. Starting with a list of targeted company names, company locations, and/or job titles of interest, RepEMS can mine LinkedIn data for your territory and wil provide an Excel spreadsheet of potential contacts. This data can be used for LinkedIn outreach, email outreach, and eventually importing contact data into Outlook for future use.

Best Guess Business Email Address
​
In the mined data, a best guess of each LinkedIn member's business email address will be provided along with a direct link to the potential customer's LinkedIn page, regardless of LinkedIn's connectivity algorithm. This is important because LinkedIn connections are based on your network and will only allow you to "see" the LinkedIn members that are within your immediate network connections (1st and 2nd). The RepEMS LinkedIn data will even provide 3rd and 3+ level connections that show up as "LinkedIn member".

Build Rapport, Reach Out via LinkedIn

The URL link in the spreadsheet can be used to establish rapport with the potential customer before reaching out by email. Looking at the potential customer's LinkedIn page followed by a well-crafted connection request or a LinkedIn InMail message, and then sending an email to their business email address to introduce yourself is a great strategy for increasing the probability of your email being accepted by the potentially new customer.
The LinkedIn data that RepEMS pulls together can also by used for an introductory email campaign to introduce your OSR, line card, and products. After a contact is considered "valid", RepEMS provides a software application for importing new Outlook contacts from the LinkedIn data.

Continued Customer Outreach

Because the LinkedIn data is a snapshot in time, RepEMS also provides subscription services to periodically check a list of companies for "new contacts" for previously requested data sets.

If you don't want to reach out to contacts that you already have, no problem! RepEMS can also pull existing contacts from Outlook and condition the LinkedIn data to only show "new" contacts.
