Territory Sales Data Spreadsheet Filtering Tool

Are you still filtering sales data manually? Many Manufacturers and Distributors will often provide territory sales data that hasn't been filtered down for your outside sales team. Because it takes so much time to visually remove the data that they don't care about, your sales team probably never gets around to reviewing the data. If filtered manually, they are also most likely missing data that could be important.

Our Excel spreadsheet filtering tool helps our clients filter sales data by city, state, and/or zip code using a custom RepEMS meta-data file for each sales territory or region that needs to be filtered. Using the meta-data file, this filtering tool will compare each cell within the selected search area and then highlight any data (city, state, and/or zip code) that matches the filter criteria. The user can select the application to filter a single sheet or all sheets within a workbook at once, as well as remove any data that doesn’t match the filter criteria.

The key benefit of the RepEMS filtering tool is that the custom, design meta-data file has a complete dataset of the territory's cities and zip codes. City information may be easy to filter the data with, but if the data is only provided with zip code data, the sales team may struggle to filter the data down to their territory that they are interested in.
